Updated TurboGrafx-16/PC Engine release 1.12: Monoscope, Donna and more

For those interested in the Wii and Gamecube versions, they are almost ready for release. The only missing part is the controller test, which was more complicated than expected. But it should be done this week

It is finally here, the PC Engine version of the 240p Test Suite for HuCard, CD-ROM and Super CD-ROM finally gets Donna and Monoscope by Jose Salot and Keith Rainy. Their work was done and finished months ago, and this version was almost ready for release. But it got delayed since I branched to a new version of HuC and then I got side tracked with the other versions.

The Monoscope uses the 512x240 resolution, since we found out to be the best match for a proper NTSC calibration within the PCE capabilities.

For Donna, we spent hours refining the tiles to maximize color usage within my abilities and trying to not destroy Pepe's work.

Here's a full list of changes form 1.10 to the current 1.12:

- Overscan now draws a yellow line at line 240 to alert of cases when it shouldn't be shown

- Fixed Gray referenced Color Bars

- Updated help

- Added "Audio Clipping" test (Constructive interference)

- Vertical and Horizontal stripe tests are now independent in the menu

- MDFourier enables the Composite filter if disabled, for framerate consistency

 - Fixed Composite filter option toggle

- Uses newest HuC version from https://github.com/jbrandwood/huc

- Changed default bars from 75% to 100%

- Fixed vertical scroll jumps

- Added ASCII view option to Memory Viewer

Keith and José spent a lot of time refining these along with me, and we hope you enjoy them.
